Hubs & Spaces

Within each community, content is organized into hubs and spaces.

Hubs

Hubs are broad categories that group related spaces. A gaming community might have:

• PC Gaming (hub)
  • Hardware (space)
  • Game Recommendations (space)
  • Tech Support (space)
• Console (hub)
  • PlayStation (space)
  • Xbox (space)
  • Nintendo (space)

Hubs don't contain discussions directly — they organize spaces.

Spaces

Spaces are where discussions live. Each space:

• Focuses on a specific topic
• Has its own moderators (in addition to community and hub moderators)
• Controls which discussion types are allowed
• Can have its own rules (in addition to community-wide rules)
• Shows a discussion list, follower count, and activity stats

Navigating

Use the breadcrumb trail at the top of any page to navigate up the hierarchy: Discussion → Space → Hub → Community → Home. You can also browse all spaces within a hub from the hub's page, or explore communities from the homepage.
